Hilton to debut eight luxury and lifestyle hotel brands across Asia Pacific

International hospitality group Hilton is set to release eight labels under its luxury and lifestyle segment across different Asia Pacific (Apac) industry this year. In an April 27 bulletin, the team claimed over 15 openings are prepared for the zone under this segment in 2026.

The brand-new lodgings will include in Hilton’s remaining portfolio of over 170 luxury and lifestyle resorts that are currently operational in Apac, taking it nearer to its goal of exceeding 250 hotel and resorts in the coming years.

2 of the companies making their coming out are completely brand-new to the Apac area: NoMad and Signia by Hilton. In May 2025, Hilton was assigned by UOL Group to handle NoMad Hilton Singapore, a 173-key hotel at the previous Faber House site along Orchard Road. According to UOL Group’s annual report released in very early April, the resort is scheduled to start in the 2nd half of 2026.

In Malaysia, Hilton will launch the Waldorf Astoria and Conrad brands with two brand-new real estates in Kuala Lumpur that are both set up to open by the end of 2026. Meanwhile, Vietnam will see its very first Tapestry Collection by Hilton with NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, expected to open in August this year.

These consist of two new LXR Hotels & Resorts real estates in Japan’s Tokyo and Hakone Gora, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Chiang Mai, and a Waldorf Astoria lodging in Goa, India.

“Asia Pacific remains an effective development engine for Hilton, and this most current surge of label entries mirrors the strong demand we are viewing from owners for distinguished, high-performing brands,” states Alan Watts, head of Hilton, Asia Pacific.
