The Great Room workspaces to be rebranded as Industrious
Real estate under hospitality-led company contractor The Great Room– spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Sydney– are going to run under the Industrious label, effective July 1.
The Great Room also currently operates two locations in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and just one in Hong Kong.
Industrious plans to expand its Apac profile by more than 50% over the following year, involving the launching of 3 brand-new locations in Singapore this year. The pipeline is part of a wider worldwide expansion, with the firm aiming to open up more than 60 new areas worldwide in 2026.
” Creating an one global brand unifies our group and participants all over the core values that have always defined us: costs hospitality, gorgeous style, and a true sense of belonging,” includes Gentry Long, president of Industrious.
The Great Room currently runs 7 locations in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Roadway, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Road.
The rebrand comes 4 years after US-headquartered Industrious– currently a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE obtained complete control of Industrious in January 2025.
The 3 brand-new areas schedule to start in the city-state this year are at Keppel South Central on Hoe Chiang Road, Shaw Tower on Beach Road, and Stamford Place and Stamford Road.
” At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the similar belief that work must really feel human,” states Su Anne Mi, handling supervisor for Industrious Apac and co-founder of The Great Room. “That philosophy is what specified The Great Room throughout Apac, and it continues under the Industrious label.”
The step will merge Industrious’ Asia Pacific (Apac) locations, formerly operating under The Great Room, right into its international network, the company stated in a June 17 launch.
